On the 13th day of July, the firm of R. Edmond a Co., will com­

mence running their tri-weckly line of Packet-Boats on the James

River A Kanawha Canal, leaving Richmond, as usual, on Monday

Wednesday and Friday, at 5 P. M., reach New Canton at 9 A. M

and Scottsville at 12 M of the first, and Lynchburg at 5 A. M, and

Buchanan and Lexington at 7 P. M. of the second day.

Leave Buchanan at? A. M. and Lynchburg at 72 P. M. Monday,

Wednesday and Friday, reach Scottsville at 1o2 A M., New Can­

ton at 1n P. M., and arrive in Richmond at 5 A. M., nest day.

The Boats connect at New Canton with the Stage for the Institute

and Buckingham C. H., and in Scottsville with the Stage for Char­

lottesville.

Passengers from the country will observe, that by this schedule

they arrive in Richmond and Lynchburg at 5 o'clock in the morn­

ing, and can return home same days at 5 P. M. from Rtichmond,

and 19 P. M., from Lynchburg.
